As a child Ally was fascinated by the concept of “mind over matter” which naturally led to her discovery of meditation and hatha yoga. Over thirty years of practice (and a bed of nails) later, she is yet to reach enlightenment, but she has learned an awful lot on the journey so far!
Known for her ability to create a friendly safe space for students to explore their connection with the breath, mind and physical body, Ally will guide you through your practice, encouraging you to listen to your body and accept where you are at with gratitude and humour.
As an experienced musician, it was natural for Ally to use her talents during savasana (the relaxation at the end of a yoga class!). This was so well received by her (extremely chilled out) students that over the years she extended her singing bowl and shamanic drum sessions, before, to the delight of her students, finally becoming a sound bath facilitator. These events are extremely popular so booking is highly recommended! Ally leads yoga and relaxation classes, workshops and sound baths throughout Staffordshire and the West Midlands.
When not sharing her passion for yoga, wild woman Ally can be found in a forest, up a mountain or creating beautiful stained glass art.
Classes are suitable for beginners and the experienced yogi alike, but if you have any questions or concerns please drop Ally an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sound baths are not recommended during pregnancy or for those with a pacemaker fitted.
